Please take note that all our products are herbal home remedies. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All weight loss products should be used as part of a balanced diet and in consultation with a medical practitioner or other healthcare professionals, especially if you are on chronic medication, have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Incorrect or inappropriate use of our products may cause harm, including organ failure or even death. It is therefore recommended that before you commence using any of our products, you consult with a medical practitioner or healthcare professional in order to discuss the nature of the product(s) that you have purchased, to obtain advice on the appropriate dosage(s) for you as an individual, and further to discuss any possible interactions with your existing medication and/or negative side effects that the use of the product(s) may have on your health.
Please note that “Diana’s Bulbinella” cannot be held liable for any harm/damage suffered by the customer if such damage was caused due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of “Diana’s Bulbinella” (i.e. Customer ignored the above-mentioned recommendations). Such risks of harm/ damage include but are not limited to any/all harm/damage caused to the customer due to reasons beyond the reasonable control or unintentional act of any person, whether in the employ of or in his/her representative capacity of “Diana’s Bulbinella”. This will include any illness, bodily injury, organ failure, death or any economic loss pertaining to such harm/damage caused).
Please take care when placing orders. “Diana’s Bulbinella” does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision regarding the product(s) you wish to purchase. Should you find that a purchased product may be of a defective nature, please notify “Diana’s Bulbinella” as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter. You can choose a refund or replacement within 7 business days of purchase, where a product is defective, the product provided is incorrectly described, differs from a sample shown to you. In such instances “Diana’s Bulbinella” may insist on valid proof of the purchase (i.e. invoice or receipt). We will assume that any partially consumed/depleted products conformed to the required standard.
